Part I -- The "arcs" displayed in the following were developed by participants in the RES workshop. Each team of 4-5 participants contributed and scored the implications. Some "arcs" have unscored implications because of a time limitation.
Part II -- The "arcs" displayed in the following were developed by a team of experienced Implications Wheel Facilitators -- including two with extensive retail experience. These "arcs" were developed before the RES program as examples.

Details of the Center
• Retailer is a women's specialty retailer with approximately 2000 stores
• Expected growth of 50 stores per year is planned for the next 5 years
• Stores are located in the United States, Canada and Europe.
• Store size is approximately 5000 to 7000 sq. ft. per store
• Staffing ranges from 2 to 5 employees per store
• Tablets have been installed for approximately 6 months (somewhat longer in earliest implementations)
• Mobile checkout has not been implemented in any store
• A train-the-trainer approach was utilized to train the store managers and the managers subsequently train their store associates.
• Depending upon sales volume, a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 tablets are installed in each store
• A break/fix/replace process is used to support issues that occur with tablets. Support is initiated by a phone call to the tech center.
• A mobile device management software package is implemented to track devices and provide software updates.
• Information provided on the tablets is accessed from the retailer’s private cloud.
• The POS system is on a separate WAN from the tablets which are WiFi enabled.
• Installed tablets are iPad minis utilizing current version of the iOS
• Information provided on the customer transactions includes purchases and returns.
